It's a month after a streak of yearend celebrations.
For many, it's a dull and monotonous month of winter,
For many, it's a dull and monotonous month of winter,
Back to work, back to routine, no more vacations,
No more fun; only boring environ for human and critter.
The juniper tree, a hallmark of the front lawn, oscillate
With the shadow of twilight teased by the whispers of breeze,
And the twigs and leaves, adorning the limbs, vacillate
to and fro in a sign of Texas winter and mild freeze.
